jorge... Dear Lord, Thank you for giving me the opprotunity to know this young man and to create a friendship in him. Thank you for making him touch my life, for making him cross my path. Thank you for the interest that made our lives intersect. Thank you for making him achieve his purpose on land. Dear Lord, please make him happy always. Dear Jorge, I will miss you. Thank you for the friendship. Thank you for sharing with me your insights, your interests, your opinions. Thank you for the laughter, for the shared frustrations, for helping me simmer my anger. Thank you for listening to my chismis which I bet you do not remember the next day. Thank you for keeping some secrets because I know you will not remeber what to spill. mso games with an idea to come up with a bonding activity, our batch was divided into teams and we are to come up with a unique activity to keep the batch's solidarity. the first team conducted MSO games, wherein they give out a couple of questions of all teams to answer. the first team who submits gets the highes point (if and only if that team got all the items right). hesistant to join at first, due to my bosses' work demands, i harshly contested the availability of the team members to answer. my case didn't win - and the game started. it all started with anagrams. thanks for the internet! followed by college exam problems! - making most of us set aside our work in the meantime and finish the problems before the other teams do. Long update:
I am alone in a 10 square meter room. This is big for me, but cramped enough for 3. Somebody seal my mouth before I start blabbering. Quiet now. I’ve just read vicki’s entry on getting hitched. I am a bit guilty because my boyfriend usually spends Friday night in my place. Bless your sinful brains, we are doing nothing immoral. I am perfectly clean and in place. BRB. i am back! hahaha. back to the circulation. after two long months, i finally had the nerve to access blogdrive again. i am getting by with the workload right now. nu-uh. i am not busy, i've been there during the past two months. a new supervisor came in to take some of the work i'm doing. no, let me change that. a new supervisor came in so i finally had to turn over the work that could've been hers. hahaha i'm a bit idle right now. i'm doing dirty tasks, like doing something on the excel, keeping myself sane from looking at millions of pesos (which is our budget for promos), reserving room, and worst, photocopying and routing memos. i dunno if i'll feel bad, that some work was taken away from me, and that i'm idle half of the day. or that i'll feel good, that n new person finally came in to take away all of the work i'm supposed to finish. something to ponder about, i guess. **** random thoughts.i'm eating dark chocolates now. want one? need to geroff now, my boss might see me. haha Tuesday, July 18, 2006
idle day in office no bosses today. i am the only member in out group who's left in the office. i don't know where did my bosses go. i ddin't ask them. they didn't leave me with any work to do, except for the stuff that i need to follow up from comptrollership and sales. and for the on-site testing that i need to attend the whole afternoon. today is not a busy day. i hope i don't fall asleep in my cubicle. |
